We have had a men's softball team and participate regularly in golf scrambles. Starting in January 2006, we had a basketball team competing in a league in Marysville.
We have classes for all ages and we, also, offer elective opportunities for adults.
The Adult Elective Classes Beginning in December and running through February are:
Timely Discussions of Real Life Issues: We want spiritual direction, but it has to be real for us, and available when we need it. Each week the discussion will touch on issues that we talk about, and it comes in a way that fits our world.
Inside the Mind of Unchurched Harry and Mary: How to Reach Friends and Family Who Avoid God and the Church
Builder's Class: The book of Genesis will be studied this quarter.
There will be NO "Insights" class this quarter.
Taking Steps toward Prayer
We spend time praying in "steps." Step 1 is Preparation. Step 2 is Praise & Thanksgiving. Step 3 is Petition. Finally, Step 4 is Intercession.
This meeting begins at 7:00 p.m.
For all kids from the ages of 4-12 with a time of skits, music, and teaching. They meet on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm.
Wednesday at 7:00 is a time for our jr. and sr. high teens to meet.
